What’s Included?
A forty-minute presentation hosted by a chiropractor educating attendees on good spinal hygiene health, identifying common mechanisms leading to spinal health decline, alongside posture advice when using a computer, tablets, and mobile phones. There will be demonstrations on easy-toimplement posture reset exercises and an introduction to our work as chiropractors.
Free five-minute standing posture checks for sign-up attendees to gain a quick insight into their spinal hygiene baseline.
An opportunity to purchase a discounted chiropractic consultation and treatment appointment if attendees have identified that they would benefit from a chiropractic appointment.
