At London Wellness Centre Monument, we provide treatments including chiropractic, massage and nutritional therapy. We are dedicated to creating a calm and relaxing environment to support your wellness journey.
Located at The Light Centre on St Mary at Hill, just off the main road Eastcheap, our Monument location offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. If you’re walking from Monument or Bank station, you’ll find us a bit further down from Tesco’s.
To reach us, enter through the archway marked with Light Centre signage and continue through the courtyard to the reception area. The friendly reception team will guide you to our treatment room and waiting area.
Medical Insurance
Our clinic is registered with AXA PPP, BUPA and all other major Private Medical Insurance companies. Please obtain an authorisation code and provide that when you make your first appointment.

Operating Hours
We are open 6 days a week, from 08:00-19:00 Monday to Friday, and on Saturday by appointment only. We can often accommodate clients on the same day or at a time that suits you.
