    Frequently Asked Question

Scheduling your consultation appointment couldn’t be easier. We have incorporated a streamlined online booking system on our website that provides options at one of our three locations. Simply select your desired location, select your desired service, whether it’s chiropractic in this case, or physiotherapy, massage, and nutritional therapist services, and select the consultation appointment option. You can then select a desired practitioner if you have a preference or select the ‘any practitioner’ option. It will then open a calendar page where you can select your preferred day and time with the availability options.

Following the selection of your preferred consultation appointment, you will be asked for your name, email address, and telephone number so that we can send you a confirmation and a reminder of your appointment, alongside your health intake forms that you will complete before your appointment. The final booking page is related to payment details to pay for your appointment and, therefore, secure your booking.

We have a different online booking option for private medical insurance clients, which will ask for different information. You can also schedule an appointment by calling our team at 020 7531 4444. We also have an option for a free, non-obligation, ten-minute chiropractic telephone consultation if you experiencing a symptom or condition that creates uncertainty whether chiropractic would be suitable, and you would like to discuss this with a chiropractor before committing to a consultation appointment. This can also be scheduled online or by giving us a call. .

Chiropractic is a healthcare profession focused on diagnosing, treating, and preventing conditions related to the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. Chiropractors use hands-on techniques—most commonly spinal adjustments or manipulations—to help restore normal movement, reduce pain, and improve function. The goal is to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself, without the use of drugs or surgery.
Physiotherapy helps you move better and feel stronger. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with aches and pains, or just want to improve how your body moves, a physio can help. They use hands-on techniques, exercises, and personalised advice to get you back to doing what you love—pain-free and with confidence.strain, using specific techniques to reduce tension, improve flexibility, and boost circulation.
Your first visit is a 45 minute initial consultation. Before any treatment takes place, a chiropractor will take a full medical history and find out more about your lifestyle habits and nutrition. This is to ensure there are no underlying contra-indications to treatment and to fully understand the cause of your issues not just react to the symptoms. After the thorough case history, we then move on to an examination which involves functional/postural, orthopaedic and neurological tests. We look at your musculoskeletal movement and strength. This assists the chiropractor to determine what parts of your body are not functioning to the best of their ability – which in turn result in pain or discomfort. After the examination the chiropractor will look at your health goals and immediate priorities, and book you in for your Report of Findings. The Report of Findings is a second visit, but it’s just as important as the first (possibly more so). It is during this session that you will receive an accurate diagnosis, a prognosis and a bespoke treatment plan to ensure that you reach your goals.
