Born in 2016, we are proud to be Clapham’s only multi-award-winning Chiropractic and Sports Massage clinic, just a few steps away from Clapham Common underground station. Backspace is in partnership with London Wellness.
Our mission is to provide long-term “once and for all” relief, not just a short-term “quick-fix”. We treat ALL musculoskeletal conditions, and confidently believe we can help anyone lead a healthier, comfortable life, free from pain.

Medical Insurance
Our clinic is registered with AXA PPP, BUPA and all other major Private Medical Insurance companies. Please obtain an authorisation code and provide that when you make your first appointment.

Operating Hours
We are open 6 days a week, from 08:00-19:00 Monday to Friday, and on Saturday by appointment only. We can often accommodate clients on the same day or at a time that suits you.
